These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate B2B (business to business) purchase and sale contracts executed through telematic methods, of products presented on the website www.recordpets.com owned by:

These General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale are regulated by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003) and by Italian law and apply exclusively to sales by means of the Internet (Online Sale), where the buyer is a person purchasing for business or professional reasons.
Object of the contract
The object of the contract is the sale of pet products and accessories that the seller offers for sale on the www.recordpets.com website.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders for the purchase of products through the use of the www.recordpets.com website placed by persons purchasing for business or professional reasons and not for personal reasons.
The purchase is permitted to all customers based in EU countries and Switzerland
Products
For each product, you can view an information sheet with one or more pictures and product characteristics.
The information on the products may be subject to improvements over time, without this constituting an element of dispute.
The Seller may delete and/or replace the products described on the Site at any time and without prior notice.
Prices
The prices of the products included in the information sheets are in Euro and are without VAT, unless otherwise indicated
Variation in product price
The prices of the products published on the Site may be updated and may therefore be subject to change. The Customer shall purchase the products at the price published on the Site at the time the order is placed. Variations do not constitute an element of dispute.
Promotions
The Vendor reserves the right to apply different promotions depending, for example, on the product categories, the products themselves, seasonality, and customer profiling.
Shipping and payment cost
The prices of the products indicated in the information sheets do not include shipping costs and those related to the chosen method of payment, which are identified and calculated according to the place of delivery and method of payment chosen at the time of the order, which the Customer shall take note of before placing the order.
Unless otherwise indicated, the shipping costs of the products and the costs related to the payment method shall be entirely borne by the Customer
Variation in prices and shipping costs according to country of delivery
The price of the Products and shipping costs may vary depending on the country of delivery of the Products, due to different customs duties or fees and different transport costs
Website registration
In order to proceed with the purchase of one or more products, the Customer must register on the Website www.recordpets.com and provide the Seller with all the data necessary to enable it to execute the Order.
The data shall be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (so-called GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation) on the protection of personal data.
The Seller may request a Chamber of Commerce certificate or other equivalent document in order to determine the exact identity of the Customer.
Order placing
Purchase orders must be placed exclusively online through the order procedure on the Site.
The Customer may select the products to be purchased by placing them in the "Shopping Cart", the contents of which he/she may always view before proceeding to forward the order. During the order formulation phase until the order is placed, the Customer may modify the data entered.
Acceptance of Terms of Sale
By placing the order and making the payment at the same time, the Customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale indicated on the Site and declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure.
Contract conclusion
The Contract shall be considered concluded only when the Seller sends the Customer a separate e-mail expressly accepting the purchase proposal, which shall also contain information regarding the shipment of the Product and the expected delivery date ("Shipment Confirmation").
In the event that the order is processed by means of several shipments, the Customer shall receive separate Shipment Confirmations.
The Customer may cancel the order before receiving the Shipment Confirmation.
Order payment
The purchasing customer may pay using one of the following methods: Paypal, credit card, bank transfer, instant bank transfer or obtain a deferred payment upon authorisation by our credit department.
Shipping terms and conditions
Orders are shipped by express couriers that guarantee delivery within 24/48 hours.
The customer is responsible for the customs clearance of the Products and for any and all ancillary operations connected therewith, as well as for the payment of customs charges and taxes.
The Seller shall carry out the packaging for the shipment of the Products in the form deemed most appropriate and shall not be liable in any case for any damage, breakage, tampering and shortages that may occur after leaving its warehouses.
Any claims or disputes arising from or related to the transport and/or complementary and/or subsequent operations to it, shall be made exclusively by the Customer against the carrier or any third party responsible.
The Vendor is exonerated from any liability in the event of loss or variability of the products caused by transport or inaccurate handling.
Right of withdrawal
For professional customers purchasing for business or professional reasons, the right of withdrawal is not permitted pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 21/2014.
Governing law
The contract of sale between the Seller and the Customer is concluded and perfected in Italy and is regulated by Italian Law
