During the purchase process you will be offered to select "courier shipping" or to make the "order collection at our warehouse" depending on the country from which you place the order.
For orders with shipments outside the Italian territory (EEC countries) the only option available is the collection at our warehouse at the expense of the customer (port assigned)
Courier shipping (only available for orders with delivery in Italy)
The order is processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Shipping is free if the amount of your order reaches a minimum of 300 Euro (excluding VAT), for orders of lower value the shipping fee is equal to 13 Euro (VAT excluded)
After shipment you will receive an email containing the tracking link, which will allow you to track the progress of the shipment.
You can also check the status of your order within your account in the "my orders" section.

Once we have received the payment for the order, we will contact you by email to provide you with shipping details such as the number, weight and height of the pallets that will allow you to organize the collection with your forwarder.
Responsibility for the organization and payment of the transport is fully borne by the customer
In case of foreign shipments EEC, for the collection of the goods the courier must present with the international consignment note CMR duly completed with the following information:
- place and date of compilation
- name and address of sender
- name and address of carrier
- place and date of receipt of the goods (which may be at the sender, carrier or third party) as well as the place provided for delivery
- name and address of consignee
- the description of the nature of the goods and the type of packaging (for dangerous goods the name generally recognized)
- number of packages and any special marks
- gross weight or quantity of goods
- costs related to the performance of the transport contract (such as transport price, ancillary costs and any customs duties)
- instructions for any customs formalities
